Three of your doors, one street.
Dear Mr Health,
I'm Alex. I'm a designer, and with my brother I run LinqLabs, a design and build studio here in Lagos.
I've walked through your doors on Akerele Street, on Tejuosho Road and at Ojodu Berger. On Akerele, three of your storefronts stand side by side, and the lights stay on long after the rest of the street goes quiet.
Your website calls it Surulere's first and only 24-hour pharmacy, supermarket and beauty store. Lagos has spent more than a decade learning to trust that counter.
This page is what I think that trust could look like on a phone. Everything on it was made for Healthrite, and only for Healthrite.

Offline, you're a landmark. Online, you're a well-kept secret.
Before writing a word, we studied every public trace of Healthrite: your stores, your website, your listings and your feeds. This is what we found.
Three neighbourhoods. Five storefronts. One group.
Your doors already cover mainland south and mainland north. Every one of them is a delivery hub waiting to happen.

healthritepharm.com went live on Shopify this year with your full catalogue. The hard part is done. Here's what a customer finds when they visit.

Your customers already order from their phones. One WhatsApp chat at a time.
Your Instagram bio lists a WhatsApp line for each branch, and across your website, Google and Instagram we counted at least five phone numbers. Every order is typed by hand: no basket, no payment link, no tracking, and no record of what Lagos wants next.
95%of Nigerian smartphones have WhatsApp installed, and retailers use it to take orders.

A 24-hour pharmacy that disappears at night.
Your Glovo store is recommended by 94% of its customers. When we checked at 1:10am on 8 October, it showed as closed. Your stores say 24 hours. Your listing said closed.
